略歴

一橋大学大社会学部卒。同大学院社会学研究科修士課程修了(社会学修士)。フルブライト奨学生としてミシガン大学経営大学院に留学し、Ph.D.(経営学博士)を取得。
一橋大学講師、社会学部専任講師、同助教授、同大学院教授を経て、現職。
2003年にはスイスのビジネススクールIMDで教授として勤務。
2014年4月より、一橋大学 大学院 国際企業戦略研究科 研究科長に就任。
