Guidelines and FAQs

For those participating in a class observation session, we will be sitting in on a class for the first hour of a two-hour session. Following this, we will hold a small group Q&A session. If the observation is in-person, the Q&A will take place in an open space within the building. If the class is observed online, the Q&A session will be held in a Zoom breakout room.

Q. Can I join this event after it has started?
A: No. For class observations, we ask that you arrive in the classroom or join the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes prior to the start time.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my registration after I have registered?
A. Yes, you are able to cancel or change your registration.

Q. Is the class observation free of charge?
A. Yes, it is free for you to join.
