Youyung Hyun is an assistant professor in the School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University Business School in Japan. Her research interests include democratization of data and analytics, AI for decision making, and service robot in hospitality industry. Youyung’s work has appeared in The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and Pacific Asia Journal of the Association for Information Systems. Youyung received PhD in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan).
