Miki Shibuya received her BA from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and her MA from Hitotsubashi University. She has previously taught at Thammasat University, Hitotsubashi University (Kunitachi campus), Obirin University and the Japan Foundation Bangkok. Currently, she is teaching also at the University of Tokyo
