Yuki Ikuno has more than 30 years of investment banking experience at leading US and European financial institutions.

Most recently, Yuki was a Managing Director and the Head of Leveraged Capital Markets in the Investment Banking Department of UBS Securities Japan. She supported various Japanese corporations and private equity funds on a wide range of investment banking transactions, including leveraged buyouts, M&A, recapitalization, and distressed situations by providing financing solutions.

Prior to joining UBS in 2007, Yuki was a Managing Director at Deutsche Securities/Bankers Trust Asia Securities (merged in 1999) in charge of structured finance in the firm's Global Markets Division from 1994 to 2006.

She started her career at Salomon Brothers in 1986 as a foreign bond salesperson where she got involved in introducing various types of fixed income products which were new to the Japanese financial market at the time, such as non-recourse debt, high-yield bonds, emerging market debt, securitization, and structured derivative products.

Yuki currently serves as an outside board member of Nisshinbo Holdings Inc.

Yuki graduated from Keio Gijuku University with B.A. in Political Science.
