略歴

バルセロナ、ポンペウ・ファブラ大学でPh.D. (経済学、金融学、経営学)取得後、一橋ICS特任講師に就任。同時に、一橋大学千代田キャンパス内の実験室(ICS Xlab)の管理を担当する。 研究分野は行動科学で、経済学や心理学を含む複合的な視点から人間の行動や意思決定を研究している。オンライン、ラボ、フィールド実験と様々な実験手法を用いて人々の選好や行動、特にどのようなときに認知バイアスなどによって非合理的な行動をとってしまうかを研究、分析する。さらに、そのようなバイアスを和らげるような効果的な介入によって人々がよりよい選好や行動をとるようになるのかを調査している。 2021年には、行動科学の知見を使って、主に自治体などにコンサルタント業務やナレッジシェアリングをしているNPO、PolicyGarageのメンバーになる。また、ナッジ理論の有識者として、三重県地方自治研究センターのアドバイザーに2022年就任した。ナッジ理論を政策に取り入れたい自治体に対して、さまざまな場所（松阪市、津市、長野市など）で、講義を行っている。
